Culinary Cologne: The right recipe for my budget
Now it’s time to start the detailed planning. Which recipe most appeals to you and also suits your guests and the timetable of the event? How should you design the evening to make sure everyone has a good time? What ingredients do you need? Select a recipe — and make an initial estimate of the costs, of course. Always pay attention to detail, because it’s the special touches that make an event memorable. These could range from a personalized menu card to handwritten place cards or a carefully thought-out seating arrangement.
Event planning: Event planning and event design made easy
A vision is emerging! The event is starting to take shape. As you work out the details of the concept behind your event, always keep your eye on the goals you’ve already defined. You need to carry out research, make inquiries and do some calculations regarding the right components, condiments and ingredients, the right location, and the right service partners, coworkers and sous-chefs that match these goals. It’s important to make realistic calculations. You can avoid tight spots in your event calculations by planning some leeway into your cost estimates.
