New restaurants on the Rhine Boulevard: Sticky Fingers and Grissini on the Rhine Boulevard

Discover the box-seat views of the Cathedral and Cologne’s historic city centre that are offered by the two new restaurants at the Hyatt Regency Köln. At Grissini, guests can enjoy Italian cuisine with handmade pasta in an informal atmosphere. Sticky Fingers offers street food and can be booked in its entirety as a location for events.

Sticky Fingers and Grissini replace the former beer garden at the Hyatt hotel. The restaurants expand Cologne’s gastronomic diversity and offer a new option for holding events and meetings on the Rhine Boulevard, which was opened in 2015. The two transparent restaurant buildings were completed in February 2018 according to the plans of the architecture firm Gatermann und Schossig (which also designed the Cologne Triangle behind the Hyatt complex) in cooperation with the artist Peter Kogler.

Sticky Fingers can be booked as an event location

Sticky Fingers can be booked in its entirety as a location for corporate events. It can be integrated into the conference options offered by the Hyatt Regency Köln. Groups of up to 100 people can enjoy a relaxing evening here after a busy day at a trade fair, an event or a conference. The views of Cologne’s historic city centre and the Cathedral are fascinating all year round. Poke bowls, pulled pork burgers and various snacks are available daily. All orders can be consumed either inside the restaurant or as take-out items when sunny weather invites guests to linger along the Rhine Boulevard. Grissini – Italian cuisine for spontaneous business meals

The informal service and culinary highlights at Grissini offer an atmosphere that brings to mind Mamma’s kitchen in Italy. The many delicious Italian specialities are prepared under the guidance of chef de cuisine Julian Waldner and served by a team headed by Laura Perez Moran. There’s a wide range of fresh meat and fish dishes, diverse creations based on handmade pasta, and numerous dessert highlights, as well as a wide selection of the appropriate wines. You’ll be tempted to linger.
