Our kitchen team at HOF 18 Restaurant has put together a winter menu for you.
As a starter we serve crème brulée of duck liver with cranberries on wild herb salad, wild boar ragout with celery puree, parsley oil and bacon rose cabbage for the main course and for dessert filled baked apple with vanilla sauce and gingerbread parfait.
