You can eat all

Maemae is Hawaiian and means clean and pure. For some time now, we have been very successfully offering Maemae branded smoothies, juices, salads, or energy balls — made with exclusively organic ingredients and suitable for detox cures.

Maemae has now inspired us to launch our new “you can eat all” food concept. All the dishes we prepare are vegan, gluten and lactose free and consist of 90 percent organic products. We avoid meat substitutes where possible, with vegetables — prepared in a modern and creative way — the stars of the show, whether they be roasted, braised, poached, grilled or made into tartar.
